Can I keep my existing number?
Yes, you can bring your existing number over to Pozitive Telecom once you have activated your SIM. All you need to do is provide the PAC code for your current number. You can get this by texting 65075 from your current SIM.
Do all plans include 5G?
All our plans now come with 5G. However, to use 5G, you will need a compatible 5G handset and be in an area with 5G coverage.
Can I use my data allowance to tether multiple devices?
Yes, your data allowance can be used to tether multiple devices or create a mobile hotspot when outside a WiFi-zone.
Where can I read more on rates and tariffs?
You’ll be able to see what tariff you’re on and what this includes, by logging into our mobile app. As you’re not tiedd into a contract, you can change your tariff whenever you want.
Is WiFi calling available with Pozitive Telecom?
Yes, you can make calls over WiFi and 4/5G Calling (VoLTE) on our network. You will need to update the settings on your device to enable this feature. We will notify you as soon as the feature is enabled on your SIM after joining us.
How do I cancel my plan?
If you are on one of our 30-day rolling SIM-only plans you can cancel any time by turning off auto renew. To turn off auto renew, simply login to our mobile app.
Do I have to pay for EU roaming?
You can use up to 25% of your allowance on EU roaming. You can also purchase additional roaming packages if you need to.
How's the network coverage?
Pozitive Telecom runs on the UK’s fastest and most reliable 5G network.
Do I need to pay extra to call abroad?
All Pozitive Telecom plans include calls to over 50 countries for free. These include Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Mongolia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Ukraine (Kyivstar), USA. How can I manage my account and check my balance?
Simple! Login to our customer app with the credentials you created when activating your SIM for the first time!
What add-ons are available and how much do they cost?
You can add credit to your account at any time which will cover any usage that you may need on top of your plan – from extra data to see you through to the end of the month to roaming whilst you’re travelling!
Does Pozitive Telecom offer eSIM?
