Can I keep my existing number?
Yes, you can bring your existing number over to Pozitive Telecom once you have activated your SIM. All you need to do is provide the PAC code for your current number. You can get this by texting 65075 from your current SIM.
Do all plans include 5G?
All our plans now come with 5G. However, to use 5G, you will need a compatible 5G handset and be in an area with 5G coverage.
Can I use my data allowance to tether multiple devices?
Yes, your data allowance can be used to tether multiple devices or create a mobile hotspot when outside a WiFi-zone.
Where can I read more on rates and tariffs?
You’ll be able to see what tariff you’re on and what this includes, by logging into our mobile app. As you’re not tied into a contract, you can change your tariff whenever you want.
Is WiFi calling available with Pozitive Telecom?
Yes, you can make calls over WiFi and 4/5G Calling (VoLTE) on our network. You will need to update the settings on your device to enable this feature. We will notify you as soon as the feature is enabled on your SIM after joining us.
How do I cancel my plan?
If you are on one of our monthly rolling SIM-only plans you can cancel any time by turning off auto renew. To turn off auto renew, simply login to our mobile app.
Do I have to pay for EU roaming?
You can use up to 25% of your allowance on EU roaming. You can also purchase additional roaming packages if you need to.

Do I need to pay extra to call abroad?
